We are looking for: A Service Engineer Software

As a Service Engineer Software with us you know one thing for sure, your job is dynamic and varied! And all this within the Dutch borders! Perhaps you are currently working as an international commissioning/service or field engineer, but would like to be more at home. Then this vacancy is an excellent opportunity!

In this position, you work in various disciplines and are all-round deployable for various projects. You do this both at the customer's location and from your home base.

You are the first point of contact for the customer when problems occur with delivered hoisting installations in the field of control technology. You regularly read out and analyse malfunctions in order to translate them into a service-oriented solution and you also think along in modifications of hoisting installations of the customers and implement them.

In addition, you will participate in new projects, help write functional descriptions, work on the software in TIA Portal and commission installations.

These are your main tasks:

• As a Service Engineer Software, you take on all control technology issues of the hoisting installations installed at customers, analyse them and offer a suitable solution.
• You take care of the commissioning of new lifting installations.
• Gives advice or instructions to colleagues in case of disturbances.
• Ensures the documentation of the hoisting installation in the field of FAT /SAT/ failures, etc.

You fit this profile:

• You have a HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level in the field of electrical engineering and/or industrial automation
• You have good communication skills
• You have several years of relevant work experience
